CoZy House Venice is a typical Venetian two-storey terraced house with an attic which dates back to the 1700s. Recently refurbished to incorporate all modern amenities, Cozy House still retains its original charm. The beam ceiling and the Venetian marble flooring tell the story of this old traditional house furnished with well thought out pieces to create a relaxing and elegant stay. As you step inside you find a nicely decorated living area with a modern couch facing a smart TV and a dining table perfect for family dinners. The living room is connected to a fully equipped open kitchen opening on a secluded small courtyard. This is a lovely place to have breakfast, to enjoy a glass of Prosecco at sunset or just to relax. On the ground floor you also find a brand new bathroom with a shower. A staircase leads to the first floor with a master bedroom (double bed), a twin bedroom (one regular bed and one trundle bed suitable for adults) with en-suite shower, and a small toilet. Each bedroom features their own built-in wardrobes with shelves and hanging space. A very steep staircase leads to the attic, mainly a storage room with a small play area and a book corner for children.
