Cozy House Boccadasse is a two-storey apartment with a private entrance and a small courtyard, set in an ancient brick red typical fishermen’s house which dates back to the 1800s. The house has been renovated to incorporate all modern amenities for a comfortable stay, but you can still feel its original charm. The original features and the typical slate staircase tell the story of this old traditional family house, the colours of the sea and some self-made marine ornaments make the place cozy and cheerful. The entrance leads to a light and airy open-plan fully equipped kitchen and dining room stretching out into a small courtyard. The dining room is very cozy and our sheltered paved seating area outside is a lovely place to enjoy a cup of coffee or a nice cocktail in a peaceful environment even in stormy weather when the sea is rough. A typical slate staircase leads to the living area upstairs: a comfy corner sofa facing a smart TV and a big book case. From the living room centrally placed you have access to the sleeping area with two double-bedded rooms, a large bathroom with shower, and a big bright bedroom with single beds, a chitchat area with a round table to plan your sightseeing, and en-suite bathroom with a shower.

Cozy House Boccadasse is located in a quiet small square in the pedestrian area just behind the lovely beach of Boccadasse, in the heart of Genova. Boccadasse is a timeless place, a fishing village made of ancient pastel coloured houses. Going down to the pebble beach from Sant’Antonio church is like stepping back in time. Breathing in the salt-rich air you’ll feel the magic of this place, out of the bustling city but not far from the city centre. The place is amazing at any time of the year, just perfect for those who wish to go sightseeing and discover the artistic and historical features of the city of Genova, and those who wish to relax, lay in the sun and go for a swim.
Boccadasse is a lively place even at night when people meet to dine outdoors or just gather on the beach to chat and enjoy the starry summer nights.
Grocery shops are close by, the nearest supermarket is just 200m away, a 5 min walk from Cozy House. Amazing typical restaurants, bars and pizzerias are just round the corner.
Cozy House Boccadasse is the perfect location to enjoy the seaside and go sightseeing: 50 m from the seashore, 15 min by bus to the city centre. Boccadasse is served by two bus lines: nr. 42 (to/from downtown) Piazza De Ferrari and nr. 31 (to/from Brignole railway station). The bus stops are really close to the house (3 mins walk).
